Description
Our client’s business is a career service catering for entry level and graduates through to C level executives and Board level professionals across all industries. Their team provides a number of services including:
- Free Resume Reviews
- LinkedIn Profile Updates
- Tailored and generic Cover Letters
- Modern Resume/CV Writing
- Interview Preparation Sessions
- Proofreading
Reporting to the company owner and working within a virtual team to continuously update company databases, in addition to:
- Marketing activities, including the following and unfollowing users
- Copy/pasting client resumes into the resume writing database
- Document management, including data cleansing activities
- Data scraping from external websites
- Scheduling social media posts, using Hootsuite
- Researching for content marketing, blog writing/SEO activities etc.
Requirements
- Intermediate handle of written English is mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills (preferred)
- Experience with other Microsoft programs including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Planner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Copy/pasting experience is mandatory
- VLookup and IF Statements knowledge is mandatory
