CRM Data Entry Assistant – in Munich, Madrid or Pavia

For our growing Marketing and Sales Development Departments we are looking for a Data Entry Assistant. You must be ready to work hands-on with creating data. This is a multi-tasking position, demanding strong focus with solid attention to detail and data quality – in a fast-paced environment. You will be spotting and fixing data issues to ensure high data quality. You will be supported by all the latest growth hacking tools, a fantastic team, and a strong CRM system to build on.

You work will have direct impact on the success of our global sales development and marketing teams. The better the available data in our CRM, the better our targeting and personalized messaging will work.

Responsibilities

• Work inside our CRM to create account and contact data
• Use latest growth hacking technology and tools to create usable data sets
• Create special campaign data together with sales development to fuel lead generation
• Update contacts based on latest data and e-mail verification tools
• Improve data quality for accounts and contacts by spotting and fixing missing data
• Align with external partners to raise quality of our CRM database (Data Hygiene)
• Support the global team to improve data quality processes and data entry efficiency
