About the Role
Omniful helps clients in the retail sector, such as brick-and-mortar retailers, dark store operators, and distributed e-commerce companies do order fulfillment faster and better.
We are making a strong push to grow our SaaS platform in KSA and we are looking for a versatile, customer-obsessed, and passionate go-getter who can jumpstart and grow our Product Management efforts.
As a key member of the Product team and reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will cross-functionality collaborate with teams to ensure end-to-end strategy and execution. We are looking for a Product Owner who’s passionate about product craftsmanship and cares about great design.
The responsibilities of a Product Owner at Omniful span a wide range of disciplines including product vision and direction, product design, business development & commercial success of our portfolio. It doesn’t only stop at writing the user stories, following up on the UX/UI, attending agile ceremonies..etc. This is a highly influential role and you will need to be highly competent at communicating at all levels both inside and outside the company. You will have the ability to lead both business and technical teams to achieve a coherent product strategy that meets the needs of our customers and the business objectives. Managing the roadmap, discovery, and documentation of new products, features, modules ideas. By maintaining exceptional customer and market knowledge, the candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.
The candidate will take an active role with new and existing customers alike to consult on how our products and services are designed and developed. The successful candidate will be able to provide pre-sales services to those evaluating Omniful, as well as consultancy to existing clients looking to resolve complex issues, or better utilize the platform.
