We are looking for a self-motivated, fast-paced, organized, and
enthusiastic individual for the Data Entry Clerk position. This position
will perform a range of clerical support functions and work closely
with other accounting staff assisting in entering information into an
accounting system and ensuring transparency and efficiency in all
accounting transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enters customer payments into the Company’s database
- Enters credit memos into the Company’s database
- Provides suppliers and customers account information and resolutions for discrepancies
- Assists with credit and collections for past due invoices
- Processes routes customer deposits
- Prepares bank deposits
- Assists with scanning invoices and credit memos
- Maintains digital and physical financial records
- Assists with other purchasing tasks
- Assists with quarterly and annual audits document retrieval archiving
- Assist with other assigned duties
- Performs receptionist duties as needed
