This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilizing Customer Relationship Tools (i.e., Salesforce, Ariba) to accurately maintain pre-sales opportunities and book of business data, in real time
- Running and managing adhoc reports as requested
- Auditing systems, processes, data quality and reports
- Gathering data and research to effectively analyze market and competitor positioning
- Researching internal product, operational or process questions/issues as necessary to assist and explain
- Assist Sales /AM with RFP response gathering, quality check and packaging the final version

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management Tools (i.e., Salesforce or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am – 5:00pm EST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime per business need
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree (or higher) in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
- Working experience with RFP’s (Requests for Proposals)
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
