Manage and grow Customer Success at Nuvento with a focus on account management, people management and customer retention. Responsibilities include client relationship building, on-boarding, problem solving, innovation and outcomes (such as renewals & up-sell).

- Cochin role would require working in the US time zone
- Delhi and Bangalore roles are remote (WFH)

What will you do?
- Manage Client Relationship and Client Success
- Drive revenue growth, including contract extension, up-selling and cross-selling
- Deliver customer delight
- Drive retention of existing client portfolio
- Manage team and ensure mentoring, training, team building and maintaining high team-morale
What you need to have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal English communication skills
- 5+ years of related experience in leading customer-facing organizations
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and high degree of emotional intelligence
- Experience in sales/ account management
- Experience in Product Engineering is desirable
- Superior negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
