The Customer Tech Support Agents will be answering inbound calls from retail customers around issues with their fitness equipment. They will be taking inbound troubleshooting issues over the phone and making outbound calls for follow-ups.
NOTE ; Candidate to be in and Around Madison Wisconsin Area.
