Growth General Manager Remote

As a Growth General Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for driving growth and pipeline generation for our North American mid-market segment. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to establish, test, and revise growth strategies that support pipeline and revenue goals.

What you’ll do as a Growth Manager for Paid Programs at Vanta:

• Create, manage, and experiment with top and middle-of-funnel marketing programs.
• Expand our programming to support customer marketing, including retention and expansion efforts.
• Establish foundational programming to drive pipeline generation for our ICPs
• Align bottom-of-funnel marketing programs to drive lead conversion.
• Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
• Coordinate and drive shared roadmapping across growth team and cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish our objectives.

How to be successful in this role:

• 3-5 years’ experience in growth marketing, managing campaigns touching the entire marketing funnel.
• Be obsessed with funnel efficiency and data.
• Love details and process-oriented optimization.
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce and Hubspot is required; experience with 6sense and Clearbit are a huge plus.
• Want to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative team.

Pay Range: $90,000 – $105,000; If you are offered the position, your offer amount will be based on your experience.
