About the role:

• Profile – Marketing Head
• Role – Full-time
• Grade – Head
• Location – Remote – Work from home / anywhere
• Work hours – Mon to Fri / Day Shift

You will be:

• Heading the entire marketing division at SocialPilot and leading the teams like Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances, etc.
• Handling responsibility for brand management, content marketing, performance marketing, campaign strategy and launch, digital marketing, web design, and partnership with PR agencies
• Developing, executing and managing digital marketing strategies for the target markets
• Managing all aspects of current and future digital marketing and media, including marketing database, website, search engine optimization, display advertising, social marketing, and email marketing
• Understanding our target audience in an extremely detailed manner. Identifying their business challenges, use cases, interests, and preferences
• Participating actively in translating customer/market needs into new feature development in our SaaS product
• Measuring the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs), and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them
• Building, training, and leading a world-class marketing team

What are we looking for?

• 12+ years of marketing experience, major experience working saas companies targeting small and medium sized enterprises
• Must have solid understanding of Inbound Marketing
• Decent understanding of content marketing and SEO. Must understand different formats of content, starting from short form content (social media post, web copies, etc.) to long form content (blogs, articles, e-books, white papers, case studies, etc.)
• Should be able to strategies the 360 degree marketing campaigns and execute it efficiently to reach the target audience from multiple platforms and channels.
• Prior hands on experience working on performance marketing activities
• Ability to understand the importance of branding and should be able to build strategic campaign around it
• Must have experience in evaluating team performance based on their KRA/KPI, guide & motivate them to achieve the same
• Ability to lead a team of 10+ people, mentor them time to time and grow the team eventually
• Must be able to communicate well and work with cross functional teams
