We also deliver solutions based on the diverse set of capabilities our platform offers to enable different use cases and situations our clients encounter. nnOur platform and solutions are delivered to more than 200 clients today.nnnnDesired ExperiencesnnWe are looking for a candidate that uniquely combines:nn(a) Functional Expertisenn (b) Product Management Expertisenn(c) Enterprise (B2B) Software Experiencennn(e) Digital Asset Experience, Interest and/or EnthusiasmnnnnFunctional Expertise (Core Services: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting)nnn* Experience delivering on Accounting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Treasury and FP&A capabilitiesnnnn* Experience working with users in the finance functionnnnnProduct Managementnnn* Significant Experience in a role with ownership of a product or portion of a product, including end to end management of the product development lifecycle from ideation through requirements, design, build, launch, post launchnn* Significant Experience and repeated success coordinating between Engineers, Designers, Architects and Users to deliver a product/set of product featuresnn* Significant Experience building out and routinely communicating roadmap for a product or a portion of a productnnnn* Significant experience with product management methodologies (scrum, kanban etc) and associated tooling (e.g. Jira etc)nn* Experience with periodic product feature release planning nn* Experience supporting product marketing function with producing documentation and communications associated with featuresnn* Experience gathering and incorporating customer feedback into the product development lifecyclennnnnEnterprise Softwarennnn* Significant Experience with afore mentioned product management activities in a B2B context. (i.e. product used primarily by enterprise customers)nn* Experience with ERPs or other finance systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, Quickbooks) is a plusnnnn* Experience in an enterprise SAAS context is a plusnnnnnnnDigital Assetnn* Experience with digital assets at a professional or personal level is a plusnnnnnnOther Qualificationsnnn* 7+ years of experience in product management capacitynn* BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering or related field. An advanced graduate degree is a plusnn* CPA is a plus but not requirednn* Fintech or crypto company experience is required; strong crypto and DeFi knowledge is a plusnn* Demonstrated success and the desire to work in a tech start-up environment is requirednn* Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skillsnn* Excellent organizational and cross-functional execution nnnnnn nn#Salary and compensationn
